Preliminary Report on the Simulations of Catch Allocation

This report aims to:
1) Ensure that the simulations completed as part of the work plan ( APPENDIX 6. CONSOLIDATED PROGRAM OF WORK FOR ALLOCATION OF FISHING OPPORTUNITIES (2018-19)) conform to the specifications of the catch allocation proposals.
2) Provide opportunity for the interested parties to review the preliminary specifications, and if necessary clarify any of the allocation principles.
3) This report is oriented at ensuring a broad understanding of the methods and specification criteria is understood. Because the entire simulation space is infinite, this report details the subset of simulations considered for each of the proposals.
4) Draft RESULTS are presented, however RESULTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
