The TCAC AGREED to hold an online Working Group meeting to address these issues and to narrow down simulation options proposed by Members. The TCAC requested that the Secretariat then simulate the allocation criteria based on proposed numbers from the Members, as may be adjusted following the Working Group meeting. It was AGREED that Members should be provided the opportunity to comment on the first round of simulations before a final version is provided by the Secretariat.
