The Overseas Fishery Cooperation Foundation of Japan (OFCF), a long standing partner of the Commission, is generously offering 2-3 places in its annual 'Leadership Training Course on Fisheries Resource Management' to 2-3 Government officials in charge of marine resource management from IOTC member nations.
