Objective: 

Use of a thematic structure including General Principles; Eligibility; Scope; Allocation Structure; Adjustments; Weighting; Implementation; Transition; and, Final Clauses as a basis for discussions.

Summary: 
  • The TCAC will meet for 4 hours per day for 4 days
  • Zoom will be the video conference platform Interpretation (French / English) will be available
  • Entry to the meeting will be by password, and only provided to credentialed individuals
  • Start time for the meeting will be 14.00 pm Seychelles time, which, across the global span of Members ranges from 10.00 am in the United Kingdom to 21.00 pm in (Canberra) Australia. Start time for the Chairperson (Canada) is 06.00 am.
