Compared to the 2021 file (IOTC-2021-WPTT23(AS)-DATA11-SF_YFT_FL.xlsx), the names of the fields/headers have been converted to capital letters and changed to align with the IOTC Data Reference Catalogue (e.g., Fleet -> FLEET_CODE). The order of the fields has also been kept except putting school type after gear
The column with the average weight (AVG_WEIGHT), computed as the ratio between the weights (TkgFish – KG_FISH) and numbers of fish (TnoFish – NO_FISH) in each stratum, that was available in the first version of this dataset (IOTC-2024-WPTT26(DP)-DATA11-SF_YFT_FL.xlsx) has been removed
The column “RAISE_CODE”, which indicates whether the data are original samples (OS) or raised (SD), has been added
The column “REPORTING_QUALITY”, which provides the assessment of the IOTC reporting quality scoring system (see Table 6 of IOTC-2023-WPDCS19-07_Rev1). Note that reporting quality is missing for some strata (4,455 strata) and the matter is under investigation.
