Update on estimates of the catch reductions achieved through the application of the time/area closures proposed in IOTC Resolution 10/01

Purpose To provide an update to the Scientific Committee on the status of catches for the time-area closure in IOTC Resolution 10/01, and assess the impact of the moratorium on total catches of the Indian Ocean.
