Abstract: 

To inform the WPDCS18 of the status of implementation and reporting to the IOTC Secretariat of the Regional Observer Scheme (ROS) set out by Resolution 11/04 at the 15th Session of the Commission in 2011, and recently (22 September 2022) superseded by Resolution 22/04 On a regional observer scheme.
