Objective: 

An examination of the Operating Models, and hypothetical harvest control rules for Albacore and Skipjack will be the focus of the meeting. In addition they will evaluate the interim and target reference points for all tuna and tuna like species identified in Resolution 13/10. Finally, standardized material is being developed at this meeting for capacity building processes across
different forums; IOTC MSE capacity building initiatives and ABNJ GEF Capacity building initiatives; as well as other CPC's capacity building initiatives.
