In the Report of Implementation, CPCs describe the actions they have taken, under national legislation, in the previous year to implement conservation and management measures adopted by the Commission (including the imposition of adequate penalties for violations). The Report of Implementation must be submitted 60 days prior to the annual meeting of the Commission. You can find the latest Implementation Reports.

In preparation for the meeting of the Compliance Committee, the IOTC Secretariat send to each CPC, 4 months prior to the annual meeting, a standard questionnaire on compliance with the various IOTC resolutions governing conservation and management measures for receiving comments and answers from the concerned CPCs within 45 days. Information provided by CPCs also provides a basis for assessing compliance.
The information provided by the CPCs in the Compliance Questionnaires is then used by the Secretariat to compile individual Compliance reports. You can find the latest Compliance Reports.

Reporting Guidelines are published by the IOTC at the beginning of every calendar year, and are updated within the year as new conservation and management measures adopted within the year come into force.
