DEADLINES

•       Applications for the Meeting Participation Fund are due no later than 45 days before the commencement of the session (27 July 2017)
•       Paper titles for consideration during the WPB meeting are due no later than 30 days before the commencement of the session (11 August 2017)
•       Papers for consideration during the WPB meeting are due no later than 15 days before the commencement of the session (26 August 2017)

Meeting Participation Fund

To see if you are eligible to an assistance under the MPF, please consult the Rules of procedure for the administration of the IOTC meeting participation fund.
Applications should consist of:

i)      an official nomination letter;
ii)     a detailed abstract of the scientific paper to be presented; and
iii)    the contact details of the nominee (with a copy of his/her passport).
