Objective: 

PLEASE NOTE ONLY 2 PERSONS PER DELEGATION ARE ALLOWED IN THE MEETING ROOM: Given Government social distancing requirements and hotel limitations, only CPCs will be permitted to participate from inside the meeting room, and there will be only one Head of Delegation and one Alternate in the meeting room at any one time. All other members of a delegation and observers will be required to participate by videoconference (Zoom).

Summary: 

ALSO NOTE: All participants are requested not make real-time comments to the public related to discussions of the Commission on which no final decision by the Commission has been taken; in particular, via social media. No recording of the Commission’s deliberations or quoting delegates is permitted. This is to facilitate freedom of deliberations to fruitful conclusion during the session. The official conclusions of the meeting will be publicly available in the report adopted by the Commission, which will be made available online
