FAD activity data (2013-2020)

Summary statistics of the monthly activities on drifting FADs recorded by the purse seiners (and supply vessels) of the European Union (EU), Japan (JPN), Rep. of Korea (KOR), Mauritius (MUS) and Seychelles (SYC), stratified by fleet, year, month, 1°x1° grid area, vessel type, activity type, FOB type and ownership. For each stratum, CPCs were requested to provide: the number of FOBs interacted with, the number of recorded sets on FOB and - in case of positive sets - the recorded catches by species (in weight)
