Summary statistics of the daily numbers of active buoys monitored by the purse seiners of the European Union (EU), Japan (JPN), Mauritius (MUS) and Seychelles (SYC) for the period between January 2020 and May 2021. A stratum is defined as the unique combination of a year - month - 1°x1° grid area
